- 13 shops in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte and now Charleston!
- $1,000 guaranteed weekly minimum pay for full-time new hires during their first six weeks
- Up to 60% commission thanks to quarterly bonuses
- Informal dress code, no rules about hair, tattoos, piercings or any other forms of personal expression – You do you
- Flexible scheduling to fit your life
- You always know your schedule 6 weeks in advance
- We pay for a trip for you and your favorite person at your 5 Year Arrow Anniversary!
- We then double that budget for an even bigger trip at your 10 Year Anniversary!
- We reimburse new graduates for their State Board exams and initial licensing fees
- We'll happily waive your Non-Compete Agreement if you go through our Alumni Program and open your own solo studio
